RMA Information


VapeNW’s warranty covers 90 days from when a package is delivered. 

• If you’re approved for a VapeNW RMA, be sure to print out your packing slip to include it in the package upon sending in your defective unit.

*All RMA Requests must be reviewed and approved before we can accept any items back*


VapeNW RMA steps

To begin the RMA process please read and follow these directions carefully


Step 1 - Request

1. Log in.

2. Click the "My Returns" tab on your dashboard.

3. Click on "Request a new RMA".

4. Select the order number containing the unit you are wishing to return
 Also, select the unit from the order

5. Once you have selected the unit or units to be returned, press "Next Step".

Step Two - Inform

1. Select the reason you’d like to return the device, the condition that it is in, as well as your preferred resolution.

2. Briefly describe the issues you are experiencing.
Add photo or video evidence of any issues as documentation of a defect will be required before we can approve any returns.
3. Once you have done this, read over and agree to the Return / Warranty Policy.

4. Hit submit and we’ll review your RMA request as soon as we can!

Note: Please do not return any merchandise without prior approval. If merchandise is sent to us without proper approval, said merchandise will be refused and returned to the sender. 

Step Three - Approval or Denial

1. Please watch for any responses from VapeNW's returns department.
 More information may be required to approve your RMA.

2. Once all information is reviewed, you will be either approved or denied for an RMA.
• If you’re approved for a VapeNW RMA, be sure to print out your packing slip to include it in the package upon sending in your return.
If denied for an RMA, please do not return any merchandise to VapeNW as it will not be accepted.
 

Step Four - Ship

1. Log back into your account once you’ve sent it in and CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING!
Enter your shipping provider and tracking number
(We cannot continue the RMA process until shipping has been confirmed)

Closing a Ticket

1. As soon as we receive the returned item(s), the desired resolution will be applied same day.
(For card refunds, please keep in mind that we will deduct 2% to cover credit card fees and that it may take anywhere from 3-10 business days for the refund to fully process back to the original payment method.)
