Return Policy:

VapeNW offers a 14-Day Return Policy that begins when the customer's item(s) are delivered. Customers may only return unopened Non-Exempt Products (see below). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item back to our warehouse in Nevada. Once the item is received and inspected, our customer service team will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the item not including any shipping charges incurred.

Warranty Policy:

VapeNW offers a 14-Day Warranty Policy that begins when the customer's Non-Exempt Products (see below) items are delivered. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a video demonstrating the products defectiveness. Item must be free from physical damage in order to process the claim. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item back to our warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky. Once the item is received and inspected, our customer service team will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the item not including any shipping charges incurred.

Important Notice: All returns must include all original packaging and must be accompanied by the manufacturer's authenticity code.

Missing or Wrong Item Claim:

We ask that customers please inspect their items carefully upon receiving them. Claims must be reported to us within 24 hours from the delivery time. Please contact VapeNW customer service by submitting a ticket with the order number and the description of the problem.

Dead On Arrival Claim:

Some products will have minor flaws, this is expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return on an item if it’s defective (meaning non-functioning). DOA claims for Non-Exempt Products (see below) must be made within 48 hours of delivery and be accompanied by a video demonstrating the products defectiveness. Item must be free from physical damage in order to process the claim. Once the item is inspected, our customer service team will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the item including any shipping charges incurred.

Refund Policy:

All refunds for returns, warranty, and DOA claims are issued as gift card store credit. Order cancellations are issued as a refund back to the original credit or debit card used. VapeNW can only process card refunds back to the original payment method used to make the purchase and is not responsible for issues arising with prepaid debit cards or other issuing banks. When a return has been received in satisfactory condition, the desired resolution will be applied. For card refunds, it may take anywhere from 1-7 business days for the funds to completely process back to the original payment method used to make the purchase depending on the card issuing banks procedures.

Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to extend a return policy to consumable such as e-liquid, coils, disposable vape devices, pods, cartridges, prefilled pods, wick and wire. All sales are final for clearance and discontinued products. Also, we do not accept any returns on herb devices due to the nature of the product.
