Manufacturer Warranty Information: 5-Year Limited Warranty Program
Atmos backs all of our rechargeable products with a five-year limited warranty. Our five year warranty is only valid if the products are bought directly through Atmos or one of our authorized retailers. If purchased from one of our authorized retailers or other retail establishment, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as it will be required for our Warranty Registration. Items will not be replaced with different models or parts. All items being replaced are subject to a replacement fee that covers the shipping and processing costs. Due to their hygienic nature, all disposable products are final sale and are not covered by our warranty.
