- We've established working zones where our packers work from exclusively. Their tools are labeled and stay with a single employee.
- Every employee is to remain 6 feet away from each other at all times. When handing things off, items are placed on transition tables to limit contact.
- All employees are using gloves and protective face masks throughout their shift.
- All product received remains in designated "Quarantine Zone" for a period, is disinfected and then is received.
- Throughout the day, we are constantly disinfecting the shelves and tables where the product is handled.
- Our customer service and marketing team have been set up to work from home reducing the number of people clustered together.
- If any team member is feeling even the slightest bit ill, they are instructed to stay home, no questions asked.
This disease has hit our country hard and is affecting global markets. We are going to continue to provide you with the best service possible. As of yet, our turn around times has been largely uneffected thanks to the diligent efforts of our amazing staff. If delays occur, we will do our best to communicate with each customer.
Also, the shipping process happens in two stages. The first is our turnaround time to get your package to a shipping partner (USPS, UPS). Secondly, is the transit times by our shipping partners. They have been largely affected and please give consideration to them if your orders take a day or two longer.
