The VapeNW team is in good health and we plan to remain so. The distribution warehouse is based in Kentucky, one of the lowest affected areas reporting zero casualties as of writing this message. In addition, the warehouse has been closed to public access and the employees are being monitored closely for symptoms of illness. Cleanliness has always been a top priority at all offices and we will continue these practices. Transparency and communication will be important in keeping our staff and employees safe.
Teams have been established outside of our warehouse for customer service and questions. While these teams are housed in offices where the health of each individual is closely monitored, we are prepared to begin working remotely to assist our customers if the situation deems that necessary. With all of these measures in place, we feel we can continue serving your, our community, through this crisis.
TURN AROUND TIMES
Our distribution warehouse remains unaffected and while we remain so, we will continuing delivering the turnaround times that you have come to expect. With that said, we utilize carriers like USPS and UPS that deliver around the United States. These carriers may run into issues with manpower that can affect the shipping time of your order. We will communicate with our carries and monitor the situation very closely. YOU are our number one priority and we feel personally responsible with providing your vape products to limit possible exposures in public settings. If there are any delays in shipping due to carriers, know that we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
